
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens—dates shift, plans change, and sometimes events need to be moved. We’re here to make that process as easy and flexible as possible.
Terms
Eligibility for Cancellation
- All booked customers may cancel their event with appropriate notice via website form, written request sent to our office, or by email.
Cancellation Eligibility Timeframe
- If you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a refund of your deposit minus a $200 administrative fee as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your event date.
- For example, if your event is on the 20th, let us know by the 6th to receive a refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event result in deposit forfeiture to cover the costs of staffing, scheduling, and preparation already underway.
Cancellation Fees
- A $200 administrative fee applies for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation. We’re happy to work with you to find a new date that fits your needs.
- If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 14 days before your event, and we’ll transfer your deposit to the new date at no additional cost, pending availability.
- If something comes up within 14 days of your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule, even on short notice. In these cases, we’ll handle it personally, case by case. Some fees may apply depending on staffing and prep already in place—but our goal is always to help you avoid losing your deposit if at all possible.
- We’ll prioritize rescheduling over cancellation because we value your event and want you to have your event when the timing is right.
- If you need to shift your date, just reach out. We’ll make it work together.
No-Shows & Weather
- If we arrive for your event and the client or point of contact is unavailable, or the event cannot proceed as planned without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, in these cases, the full deposit will be forfeited to cover staffing, scheduling, and preparation costs already incurred.
That said, we understand emergencies happen. If you communicate with us as soon as possible—even on event day—we’ll always do our best to work with you on a solution whenever feasible.
Weather-Related Cancellations
We know Texas weather can be unpredictable! If severe weather conditions prevent your event from happening, we’ll prioritize rescheduling at no additional cost whenever possible, pending availability.
We’ll collaborate with you to find the best alternative date, subject to availability. Our goal is to keep your event on the calendar—rain or shine.
